Benepack Capabilities

The BSI Benepack System provides multiple carriers, multiple coverages for billing, commission, eligibility, payroll deduction and carrier payment functions. Benepack is designed using a relational system hierarchy with ability to divide Trusts, Carriers, Employers, Employees, Dependents and Brokers in sub-groups, locations or branches.

Benepack provides storage of virtually unlimited separate groups/clients, each containing its own policies, coverages, employees and dependent data sets. Active data is stored and updated in a real time mode, providing transactional audit trails of all entries back to the operator and time and date of modification. Data warehousing is provided for easy historical analysis and inquiry.

Data Entry Options

Benepack provides four methods for updating the main master and transactional files.

  • Direct keyboard entry in Windows 2000 compliant screens
  • Data file import of bulk information for conversion and updating large clients
  • Internet data entry into form-like screens which get emailed and imported
  • Remote data collection with Internet updating
