(RDP) Remote Document Processing

The concept of this application is comparatively simple – capture, within a set of databases, all the initial data the sales person enters at a remote site, such as a sales person in the field using a laptop.  Allow the sales person to click on a print button for any form and have it integrate the data in the database with the actual preprinted form, printing it on blank paper to reduce cost. 

This first step accomplishes two important tasks – capture the initial data and present the client with typed, completed forms for signature.

Add to this first step process the integration of a series of "checks and balances" to reduce the error factors during the data entry. Notify the sales person interactively that they forgot to fill in a proper social security number, before any form can be printed. When the full time student question is answered affirmatively, automatically pop up a window that allows them to immediately fill out the student data form that will be needed. Benepack will provide interactive program control, verification, and monitoring while the data is being entered. With a simple "point and click" interface, Benepack can transmit the completed data files either as email attachments or online uploads.
