Web-Based Form Processing The web-based form-processing application allows an employee, broker, or client to fill out an actual form on-line the same way they would if using the pen and paper method. This unique interface allows the end-user to click on a button, have an actual form pop up on their screen (as opposed to an HTML style form), allow them to fill it out, zoom in on it, save it locally, print it, or submit it to the parent website. |
| The web interface then captures the data entered into the form and either e-mails it to a receiving company or updates an on-line database. This application is used when a given form must be utilized, by law, such as many of the insurance related forms. The end-user can print the form, sign it, and mail it using snail mail if an actual signature is required. A sample form is shown below. | |
